Welcome from the Chair

The St. John Paul II Multi Academy comprises of both secondary and primary schools from across the Archdiocese of Birmingham.

We are proud of the work that we do providing a high quality holistic and inclusive education for all of the children and young people in our eight schools. What adds to the excitement of this role, however, is the potential that our Multi Academy has to further deliver on the Catholic mission.

At present, our schools work collaboratively to share skills and opportunities for the professional development of staff, and to provide a rich and diverse learning experience for our children and young people. With further support and strategic direction, our school leaders have the talent to grow within this culture to further improve outcomes for our children.

This will also increase the capacity in our MAC so that we are in the best position to support other Catholic schools in our locality. Growing the MAC is a central part of vision. Our ideal candidate will be able to help us build strong relationships with these schools through their communication skills and commitment to unlocking the God given talents of all our students.

The CSEL will also be able to call upon the expertise and experience of a central operations team who have significant experience of working in and for schools, and who talents can really come to the fore in a culture with a clear strategic direction.

I hope the details we have provided about the post will encourage you to apply. We look forward to hearing from you.
